Position: Carpet Cleaning and Flood Restoration Technician
Location: Henderson Auckland

Restoration Experts Limited, a leader in property damage restoration and cleaning services, is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Carpet Cleaning and Flood Restoration Technician. This role is crucial in delivering a variety of high-quality restoration and cleaning services to both residential and commercial clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide professional carpet cleaning and Flood Restoration Service.
• Provide other cleaning services to clients e.g. tile and grout cleaning, curtain and blind cleaning, vinyl polishing services and other commercial and residential cleaning services.
• Respond to emergency calls for water damage, conduct water extraction, and implement appropriate drying and restoration processes.
• Perform commercial cleaning tasks with a focus on restoring environments following water or mold damage.
• Assess site damage and prepare detailed reports for insurance claims and customer records.
• Maintain and manage cleaning and restoration equipment and company vehicles to ensure operational readiness.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations during on-site operations.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years experience in carpet cleaning, water damage restoration, and other cleaning services.
• Certifications such as IICRC WRT or IICRC CCT would be advantageous.
• Proven ability to manage a variety of cleaning and restoration tasks.
• Available to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, to address emergency service calls.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid Full driver’s license and clean driving record.
