Registered ECE Teacher

Tauranga | www.trademe.co.nz |
Children’s Circle is a warm, homely centre providing care and education for tamariki, under 6 years in a natural, unhurried and holistic way. We have a strong commitment to providing positive learning outcomes for all tamariki through self-directed play in an environment that is predictable, consistent and calm.

Due to a roll growth we are seeking a warm, reflective ECE teacher to join our small team of supportive, friendly, and professional teachers.

The successful applicant will be motivated and enthusiastic, be committed to building meaningful relationships with tamariki and their whanau, and value tamariki as capable and competent learners. A desire to work with tamariki both under and over 2 and a willingness to work within our philosophy influenced by RIE and Steiner teaching and learning theories is preferable.
You will need to be a team player with good communication skills, a kaiako who includes te reo Maori nga tikanga into the daily rhythm and has a genuine love and respect for Papatuanuku.

We welcome applications from new graduate teachers or kaiako early in their teaching journey as well as those with teaching experience.
