You will thrive in a busy environment and will love taking on hotel responsibility in absence of the Night Manager & the wider management team.
This is a great step for an experienced hotel receptionist to take on a leadership position and gain further development and exposure to greater hotel operations.
Your daily tasks will include:
• Prepare reports and statistical information in accordance with night audit procedures
• Processing of guest account transactions
• Responding quickly to all guest concerns and following up with relevant departments.
• Leading a Night team to display the Pullman Auckland brand essentials at all times
• Management of the security and safety of both hotel guests and employee
Qualifications
You will bring with you:
• Previous front office experience at supervisory level (Preferred)
• A full NZ driver’s license
• A current GM Certificate or able to obtain essential (to obtain candidates must have an LCQ certificate & 3 months supervisory experience at a licensed premises in NZ)
• Knowledge of Opera is advantageous (Preferred)
• Immaculate personal presentation and high level of communication - both written and verbal
• Leadership capability.
