Scope Painting have been servicing Auckland's residential sector for over 11 years. This year we're looking to produce another Master Painter Award winning project & we're looking for MOTIVATED, AMBITIOUS & ENERGETIC people to join us on the journey!
We are also working in Mangawhai region so you will have opportunities to work close to the beach over summer with accomodation provided.
We're looking for the following;
Site Supervisor
• Willing to teach lesser abled staff the art of the trade & achieve notable improvement in their skill set & speed
• Outstanding customer relations
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Adhere to H&S requirements
• The communication skills required for managing yourself & other staff members in an efficient way
• Able to take lead and delegate
• Basic administration skills
• The motivation to achieve KPI's (performance targets)
In this role you'll be offered the following;
• Wages or Contracting ($30-$40 per hour)
• Vehicle with gas card
• We also have bonus system which gives you the opportunity to bonuses when KPI's met
Experienced/Qualified painters
We're looking for experienced/qualified painters to join one of our teams with the potential of moving into a leadership (site supervisor) role within 3 months.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities Include:
• Able to work well within a team
• Basic administration skills
• Able to take instruction, adapt to new systems & work without guidance where necessary.
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Adhere to H&S requirements
• Have an eye for detail
• Clean & tidy within a workspace
• The motivation to achieve KPI's (performance targets)
In this role you'll be offered the following;
• Wages or Contracting ($27-$35 per hour)
• We also have bonus system which gives you the opportunity to bonuses when KPI's met

All applicants must meet the following criteria;
• 5 years' experience and/or Relevant Qualification
• At least 2 credible references
• Able to work 40-50 Hours per week
• Own basic tools for painting & decorating
• NZ residency or work visa a must
• No drug/alcohol addictions or criminal record
