Avcraft Engineering NZ Ltd is seeking an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer to join our fantastic team
Do you have or are you
• Great interpersonal communication skills
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• The ability to manage time effectively and balance strict deadlines
• Physically fit with the ability to work in a hands-on capacity
• Reliable
• An energetic individual that likes a physical role
• A reasonable level of literacy and numeracy as you need to receipt in goods
• Good accuracy and attention to detail
You must have:
• Above average engineering skills
• Ability to work accurately and quickly under pressure
• Self motivated and innovative with proven problem solving skills
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Be responsible for and maintain a high standard of record keeping and work packs
• Pride in your work
• Above all you MUST have drive and a positive can-do attitude!
Applicants for this position will preferably have experience with GA aircraft and ideally will have experience with a wide range of turbine and piston twin's and singles, but not essential
To fit in with our team you'll be personable, have a great sense of humor, an awesome work ethic, be self-motivated with good time management, and have a focus on providing outstanding service.
Avcraft Engineering NZ Ltd is New Zealand's only Factory Authorised Service Center for both Cirrus and Pilatus Aircraft. We are also a Garmin Dealer, Honeywell and Bendix King Service Center and represent a multitude of other manufacturers. We pride ourselves on our workmanship and customer first focus.
We maintain a diverse fleet of aircraft ranging from Cessna 150's to factory new Cirrus SR22's, Airtractors, and the Pilatus PC-24.
Days of work - Monday - Friday
