Measure and combine ingredients and raw materials using hands/hand tools and other equipment to make doughs for pies, pastry, bread rolls, and other pastry foods.
 •  Make sweet, savory and special ingredient fillings, sources and toppings.
 •  Check the quality of the ingredients and the prepared raw materials to make sure quality standard are met
 •  Set, adjust and monitor oven and other cookware’s temperatures to ensure proper baking and cooking time
 •  Take out the baked pastry from the forms, trays, unloading, de-panning and cooling the finished products
 •  Decorate, glaze and adjust the display of the finished products
 •  Test the finished products to ensure that each item meets food safety and quality requirements
 •  Clean and restock workstations and ensuring that all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next shift.
 •  Check the cleanliness of equipment and operation of machines before each run, to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
