Job Description : We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join
our team as a Store Manager at TRISHA NZ LIMITED, located in Auckland. This is a
unique opportunity to oversee operations in our diverse store
offering dairy, lotto, and vape products. You will be shifted during
the Opening hours which are Monday to Sunday 7am - 11pm
Position Available: Store Manager
Responsibilities: Determine product mix, stock levels, and service standards.
Formulate and implement purchasing and marketing policies, and
set prices.
Promote and advertise the establishment's goods and services.
Sell goods and services to customers and provide advice on
product use.
Maintain records of stock levels and financial transactions.
Undertake budgeting for the establishment.
Control the selection, training, and supervision of staff.
Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety
regulations.
Oversee lotto operations, ensuring compliance with relevant
regulations.
Manage the vape product inventory, staying informed about
trends and customer preferences.
Coordinate with suppliers for a diverse range of superette
products.

Implement effective merchandising strategies for the superette
section.
Requirements: Associate Degree or higher in a relevant field, or at least
three years of relevant experience.
Proven experience in retail management.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to make sound decisions and work independently.
Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations.
Location: Auckland
