Reporting to the CNM, you will hold a case load of approx 30 people as part of the MDT. The local team is made up of a Consultant Psychiatrist, a Social Worker and this nursing role. The MDT includes clinicians who visit weekly or fortnightly, occupational therapy, clinical psychology, nursing, Kaitakwaenga and CAD's.
Hours are 8:00-4:30 or 8:30-5:00.
