Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and proficient Sales Specialist to join our rapidly growing team. The ideal candidate will be a formidable closer with a talent for nurturing leads and securing sales. Your role will involve promoting our range of digital marketing packages, priced between $850 and $2,500, to real estate agents.
You will leverage our rich arsenal of sales tools, including inbound leads, call lists, email templates, Hubspot CRM, and compelling pitch decks featuring successful case studies.
Responsibilities:
• Promote and sell digital marketing packages to real estate agents across New Zealand.
• Utilize provided leads and tools to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Provide exceptional follow-up to ensure ongoing client satisfaction and repeat business.
• Engage in continuous learning through monthly business growth training sessions provided by our founder, a veteran in sales, real estate, and digital marketing.
• Explore opportunities for additional earnings across affiliated businesses.
Compensation:
• 100% commission on the first sale to a new agent.
• 5% ongoing commission for any sales made to the same agent over the next 12 months.
• Potential to handle 10-30 property listings per agent annually.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a sales executive or relevant role, with a strong ability to close deals.
• Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and tools, preferably in the real estate sector.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Access to training and a profound understanding of market dynamics provided by an accomplished founder.
