Office Administrator

Key responsibilities include:

 •  Maintaining office procedures for filing and record management
 •  Accounts payable and receivable
 •  Invoicing and debt collection
 •  General office duties as required
 •  Sending packages
 •  Auditing accounts
 •  IRD reporting
 •  Some site work to help with maintaining client contracts

The successful candidate will have:

 •  Sound written and verbal communication skills
 •  Be organised and able to manage time, multi-task and self-motivate
 •  Excellent word processing and typing skills, and knowledge of Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Excel
 •  The ability to maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
 •  Great customer service skills
 •  Full and current NZ Driver’s licence
 •  NZ residency or NZ work permit required
