1. planning menus, estimating food and labor costs, and ordering food supplies
2. monitoring quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation
3. discussing food preparation issues with Managers, Dietitians and kitchen and waiting staff
4. demonstrating techniques and advising on cooking procedures
5. preparing and cooking food
6. arrange food on plates
7. explaining and enforcing hygiene regulations
8. keep work areas clean and tidy, and adhere to health and safety standards
9. order food supplies and cooking equipment as well as keep records of supplies.
10. supervise cleaning and dishwashing
11. may select, train and train staff
12. may freeze and preserve foods prepare and cook food according to customers' orders
To be successfully, you will need to:
1. Minimum 3 years work experience in Chinese Cuisine
2. Work under pressure
3. A Can-do Attitude

• Mandarin speaking is preferred
