Service: Kenepuru Accident and Medical Clinic
Contract: Casual - up to 5 rostered rotating shifts per week including night shifts
Salary: $65,627 - $74,510 (pro-rated)
Korero mo te turanga - About the role
We are looking for an experienced people-oriented casual receptionist to join our team at the Kenepuru Accident Medical Clinic. You will be responsible for:
• Meeting and greeting patients
• Maintaining accurate data records
• Invoicing patients
• Answering and directing incoming calls
• Managing administration tasks as required and ordering radiology referrals
The role is rostered and rotating and shift times are as follows:
• 7.00am
• 3.30pm, 3.00pm
• 11.30pm, 3.30pm
-12.00pm, 11.30pm-7:00am

The Accident and Medical Clinic is a 24 hour Urgent Care Clinic that operates on the Kenepuru Hospital Campus to meet the needs of the local population. We are a busy and friendly team who provide a great front of house service to patients as well as providing clerical and administrative support to the Clinic.
Mou - About you
Our new team member will be motivated and enthusiastic with excellent interpersonal skills, a strong customer focus, and the ability to work in a busy environment. You will also have proven office administration and reception skills.
