Processing orders accurately and promptly

 •  Invoicing sales orders accurately
 •  Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
 •  Responding promptly to customer enquiries.
 •  Communicating with customers through various channels.
 •  Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
 •  Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
 •  Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
 •  Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

You will possess an energetic and enquiring mind.
Sound knowledge of various accounting packages would be good. EXO in particular would be a big bonus but not essential.
95% of our orders and enquiries come via email - but a pleasant phone manner is also a plus.
Some flexibility in start and finish times is possible.
