Practice Care Team Lead

The Opportunity:

My clients are looking for a Practice Care Team Leader who will be responsible for operational leadership including management of the Practice Care team to ensure efficient, high-quality business practices whilst promoting growth through patient and referrer excellence

This role is a permanent full-time position and is located in Merival.

Some of your key areas of responsibility will include:

 •  Provide support to the Practice Manager and Medical Director to ensure smooth business operating systems, documentation management and facility oversight
 •  Manager roster to ensure Reception and Bookings are resourced appropriately
 •  Ensure all Practice Care team members receive appropriate support, training and ongoing upskilling/development opportunities
 •  Role model a proactive and collaborative approach to working with others in the day to day running of the Team
 •  Lead and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement across systems, processes and patient flow initiatives
 •  Liaise with Technical Leads and Medical Director to provide appropriate triaging for any complex cases
 •  Create a culture of inclusion and value

To be successful in this role:

 •  Demonstrated success in a previous leadership role. Minimum 2 years of experience within a Healthcare environment.
 •  Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
 •  Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capability
 •  Experience working within an integrated computer system environment
 •  Methodical and logical thinker with high level customer service skills
 •  Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced changing environment
 •  Medical terminology experience is mandatory
 •  Excellent English - written and verbal
