Allied Security is a privately owned, nationwide company delivering security services to a wide range of customers for over 28 years.
This senior role is to work alongside our existing technicians in the wider Waikato/ North Island region
Our client base is extensive from Central and Local Government, Global entities to local Business
The role is Monday to Friday with some afterhours and weekend calls due to the nature of the security business.
We seek an experienced technician with a clearly demonstratable skill set.
The successful applicant will be providing and developing skills in the following areas:
• Staff management and development
• understanding of trade related services, workflow management, quoting, supplier sourcing
• Communicate and present information to stakeholders about all contract/job related matters.
• Monitor contracts and move forward with close-out, extension, or renewal according to what’s best for the company
Ideal applicants should have the following
• Demonstratable knowledge of management role in trade services or relevant area of expertise (e.g electrical)
• Understanding of Security alarms, CCTV systems and similar products
• Passion for technology and the relevent field of operations.
• Cost analysis / budget experience
• Demonstrated experience in workflow management
• High level of motivation to drive growth
• Security License or Ability to obtain one (no criminal convictions in last 7 years)
• High Level of personal presentation
• Ability to work in a wider team of a dynamic fast-moving business.
• Relevant computer skills
• Excellent Communication Skills
• NZ Driver’s License
• Be active and physically mobile
• Ability to maintain and develop stakeholder relations

• Dahua Monitoring Software
• Hikvision CCTV
• Milestone
• Paxton Access Control
• Centurian Automation
Flixibility in work is essential, out of town travel is required.
