CF Solutions is looking for a Bookkeeper to join its team based in Auckland.

You will be required to maintain the company’s General Ledger, monitor cash flow, produce reports and management accounts, prepare invoices, reconcile bank accounts, follow up accounts receivable and maintain payroll.

You must have either 3 years of relevant work experience or a business related bachelor level qualification or higher.

We are offering full-time permanent employment for a minimum of 30 hours per week for an hourly wage in the range of $29.66 - $35.00 depending on qualifications and experience.

You must be:
 •  Punctual
 •  Hard working
 •  Able to follow instructions
 •  Drug free (we may require you to take a drug test)

We are looking for a New Zealand citizen or resident only. You must say in your CV that you are a New Zealand citizen or resident.

keeping financial records, and maintaining and balancing accounts using manual and computerised systems; monitoring cash flow and lines of credit; preparing and producing financial statements, budget and expenditure reports and analyses using account books, ledgers and accounting software packages; preparing invoices, purchase orders and bank deposits; reconciling accounts against monthly bank statements; verifying recorded transactions and reporting irregularities to management; may be required to prepare forms reporting business tax entitlements and obligations such as the amount of goods and services tax paid and collected.
