Lucky 7 Takeaway in Rotorua is looking for 2 full-time Fast Food Cooks to join us, primarily responsible for cooking Chinese-style fast food, such as fried rice and fried noodles.
• This is a full-time position, where you will work 30-40 hours per week on the roster (with a minimum 30 hours guaranteed), with an hourly rate of $28.20 to $30.00, depending on your skills, qualifications, and work experience.
• Please be aware that you will need to work nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• Key duties will include: preparing and cooking food, washing, cutting, measuring, and mixing foods for cooking, operating cooking equipment, cleaning food preparation areas, cooking surfaces, and utensils, ordering and taking delivery of fast food ingredients, taking and serving food and beverage orders, receiving payment from customers, and any other duties assigned by the owner.
• There is no specific requirement for work experience or qualifications; we provide basic training when you start the job. However, skills, experience, knowledge, or qualifications in preparing and cooking Chinese food will be advantageous.
