As a team member at Cash Converters, you have the freedom to be who you are. You’ll spend the day being creative, using your own talents and uniqueness to help customers find exactly what they want – new and old. Not only will you be creating relationships and providing outstanding customer service, you’ll be a part of a fresh and diverse team with success being the goal.
We are seeking both full time & part-time team members! You will be rostered on weekends as this is our busiest time.

You will enjoy working amongst a great team of dedicated, customer focused people. We are a close-knit, friendly team in an innovative and growing business. Our people are professional, collaborative, and most of all, enthusiastic in helping our customers.
Working as part of a strong and passionate team you'll receive ongoing coaching and support as well as the opportunity to learn about other parts of a Cashies store and grow your skill set in our diverse business!
What you'll do:
• Build rapport with customers from all walks of life with your friendly and welcoming approach
• Ask discovery questions to provide the right solutions to meet our customer's needs
• Drive to meet and exceed your sales targets
• Merchandise displays and cabinets using your eye for creativity and flair for something eye catching
• Work as a team to achieve maximum results
What you'll need:
• Previous retail experience (is advantageous but not essential)
• Experience with listing / selling on Trademe (is advantageous but not essential)
• An outgoing and friendly personality with the ability to relate to a diverse range of customers.
• A good work ethic
• A performance focused attitude and the drive to meet (or exceed) targets
• Attention to detail
• A strong desire to work as part of a team with the ability to work independently if needed
• Basic computer skills, accurate data entry and high level of attention to detail
• Over the age of 18 years old
• Able to pass a Police vetting check
