• About the roleWe are looking for an experienced people-oriented casual receptionist to join our team at the Kenepuru Accident & Medical Clinic.
You will be responsible for:Meeting and greeting patientsMaintaining accurate data recordsInvoicing patientsAnswering and directing incoming callsManaging administration tasks as required and ordering radiology referralsThe role is rostered and rotating and shift times are as follows: 7.00am

• 11.30pm, 3.30pm

• About our teamThe Accident and Medical Clinic is a 24 hour Urgent Care Clinic that operates on the Kenepuru Hospital Campus to meet the needs of the local population.
We are a busy and friendly team who provide a great front of house service to patients as well as providing clerical and administrative support to the Clinic.
