St Dominics is a provider of Mental Health services to empower people to have a better day and help in the journey of recovery of Mental Health issues and into transitioning back into the community.

We have a highly experienced and dedicated team who care for around 50 people from all walks of life. The St Dominics Centre operates 24/7; we ensure there is after-hours support available to the on-duty staff.

As a support worker, you will join the fantastic team at our St Dominics Centre, where you will use your proactive and enthusiastic attitude to work alongside the people using our services as equal partners in their care.
The day of support worker will never be the same as the previous one, but the aim is always to make sure the needs are met and ultimately empower our people to have a better day.

You will need:

 •  Fantastic communication skills
 •  A passion for recovery in Mental Health
 •  Ability to work well in a team environment.
 •  A current New Zealand driver's license
 •  Be eligible to work in New Zealand

We are looking for a Support Worker to work on a variety of shifts AM/PM/Nocte on a 24hr/7 day service on a permanent contract with alternating shifts covering leave.
