Health and Safety Administrator

Switched On Group is seeking an experienced Health and Safety Administrator to support the Health and Safety team in delivery support across the business.

This role has a strong focus on the administrative tasks associated with safety related reports and ensuring regulatory compliance. This role will see you working closely with the General Manager of Health and Safety and hybrid H&S Team based in the North and South Island along with our wider teams, trades and sub-contractors.

Your ability to work autonomously, motivation and passion for Health and Safety will see you become a part of our team and help drive excellence.

Key duties include but not limited to:

 •  Monitoring our Organisational Shared Safety inbox
 •  Running Trade Health and Safety Inductions
 •  Ordering PPE/ Uniforms
 •  Population of data into the Damstra system
 •  Monitoring of Damstra
 •  Monthly reporting

Requirements:

 •  Proven Administration experience, preferably with in H&S
 •  Well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively and build relationships
 •  Solid understanding of current NZ HSWA 2015
 •  Proficient in using MS Office
 •  Passion for creating a Health and Safety environment
 •  Good attention to detail
