TradeUp Jobs is an employment Placement provider contracted to The Ministry of Social Development.
The ideal candidate will assist with getting clients work ready and into sustainable employment.
We are on the hunt for a compassionate candidate who can relate to all walks of life.
About you: The ideal candidate will be friendly and approachable and have consideration for all cultures and their values.
You will need to have excellent people skills with the ability to create new relationships and approach employers. You will be passionate about helping our rangatahi and be able to tailor our service to each client.
This is an autonomous role where you will need to have a drive for success and be results driven!
Key responsibilities:
• Creating and maintaining relationships with clients and employers
• Hunting for new employment opportunities across all industries to fit your clients
• Placing clients into sustainable employment opportunities
• Coaching / preparing clients for opportunities this includes - Interview skills, Creating CVs, Post Placement support
What’s on offer:
• Full time position Monday-Friday with working hours from 8:30-4:30pm

Applicants for this position must be a NZ citizen, have NZ residency or a valid long term work visa.
Successful candidates will need a Full driver's license and be able to pass Police vetting check.
