We are looking to appoint a new Duty Manager / Shift Supervisor to lead the evening service at our busy Napier Bar.
This position is currently vacant and waiting to be filled. If you think you have what it takes to lead Monica Loves forward we are waiting to hear from you.
Responsibilities :
• Ensure the smooth and effective operation of the Bar with a strong focus on customer service.
• Create exceptional experiences for our customers.
• Maintain high staff morale and team cooperation.
• Open and close the Bar.
• Cash up and stock take functions, maintain stock levels.
• Maintain cleanliness standards.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in management role within the Bar / Restaurant industry.
• Strong knowledge of current legislation including the Sale and Supply of Liquor Act.
• Managers Certificate or LCQ working towards .
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills with a love for people and hospitality.
• Good knowledge of wine, beer and making cocktails.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends
