• Reporting directly to the site manager daily
• Ensuring work is completed in a timely and effective manner to ensure company production goals are met.
• Completion and filing of worksheets.
• Guiding the workers with operation involvement as required during harvest periods.
• Maintaining a safe work environment and ensuring a high standard of practice for all workers,
• Ensure all tools and equipment are reviewed regularly to ensure staff safety.
• Ensuring knowledge is kept up to date, implementing and making suggestions for new practices and techniques
• Lead the team and instruct the workers to do the tasks as expected of them.
