About the Company:

Our client is a global player and distributor in mechanical solutions for its customers. This role has become vacant due to growth areas in the business. Working in a collaborative team environment with free parking in Mangere, discounts on products, growth and development opportunities this would suit a sales support candidate with mechanical/ technical aptitude or somebody with experience in a hands on mechanical role looking to step into more of an office based environment.

About the Role:

Provide appropriate technical support to External and Internal customers
Processing of warranty claims in a timely manner
Support Supply Chain with identification of key parts and accessory requirements for products in all brands
Identify and provide feedback to the customer and/or team leader relative to issues or trends impacting service delivery

You will troubleshoot technical/ mechanical issues with products- hands on experience would help with this element of the role

About You:

You will have a mechanical aptitude and have knowledge of small engines/ automotive/ motorcycles- perhaps working in a support role in this environment.
You may have worked in a mechanical hands on role in the automotive industry or something similar and want to move into a more office based role.
You will have strong written and verbal communication skills
You will have high attention to detail
