Black & White Coffee Cartel - Ashburton is a popular local spot known for its cozy atmosphere, top-notch coffee, and fresh, creative menu. We're looking for an experienced Cafe Manager to lead our team and help us continue to provide an outstanding experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily cafe operations to ensure a smooth running environment.
• Manage and train cafe staff to uphold high standards of customer service and product quality.
• Manage inventory and supplier relationships.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a cafe manager.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of the NZ hospitality industry.
• Flexibility around availability
• A passion for coffee and customer service.
