We are looking for Sales representatives/ merchandisers to join our busy operations in Wellington . Duties includes but not limited to the following:
• Promotes/sells/secures orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approached.
• NPD, Demonstrates products and services to existing/potential customers and assist them.
• Establish, develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business for the organization’s products/services.
• In person visits and presentations to assigned stores, which can be changed from time to time as needed.
• Develop specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company product lines.
• Sales and Merchandising at assigned market/ stores.
• Booking displays/tastings and building displays if needed.
• Store relays if needed.
• Key account head office meeting with employer and supplier if needed.
• Loading deals with buyer and follow price given by employer and suppliers.
• Managing merchandising team if needed.
• Participate in Trade shows and conventions, (i.e. sales meetings, food shows, dinners)
Job Requirements:
• Hard working and reliable with a "can do attitude"
• Ability to undertake heavy lifting
• Attention to detail / accuracy
• Able to pass criminal history check
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to provide Two positive work references
• Good communication skills and presentable
• Health & Safety conscious
• Ability to work rostered shift including the evening and weekends shifts
• Clean driving license
• Able to travel to assigned stores
