We are seeking a proficient Class 4 Hydro Excavator Driver/Operator with Road Ranger expertise. In this role, you'll be responsible for maneuvering Class 4 vacuum trucks, fitted with automatic transmissions, to execute a range of pumping and vacuuming tasks, including stormwater clearance, drain cleansing, septic tank upkeep, and waste disposal.
Location: Lower Hutt
Payrate $30ph
Temp role with the potential to go permanent
Responsibilities: Participate in manual handling activities associated with equipment operation.
Be physically fit and active, capable of handling manual tasks involving the boom and hose, even in adverse weather conditions like rain and cold.
Operate Class 4 vacuum trucks efficiently and safely.
Carry out pumping and vacuuming duties for various tasks such as stormwater management, drain clearance, septic tank maintenance, and sewage tank care.
Strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
Maintain clear communication with clients, site managers, and STMS.
Requirements: A valid full class 4 license.
Minimum 1 year experience driving a Class 4 truck.
Experience in hydro excavation operations, advantageous but not necessary.
Experience with Road Ranger is advantageous but not necessary.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test.
Physical Strength and Fitness

Competitive starting wage of $30.00 per hour.
Monday to Friday, with the potential for additional hours as needed.
