We're expanding our team and looking for an experienced B2B Client Support professional to manage our client's needs, including appointment setting and management, data entry, CRM maintenance, account administration, and some PA work.
As our ideal candidate, you're a 'superstar' with exceptional communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for providing excellent customer service. You have at least five years of experience in B2B Client Support and are experienced with appointment scheduling and CRM software.
You're also comfortable with administrative tasks and can easily manage multiple priorities.
This part-time role is for 15 hours weekly, Tuesday to Thursday, during regular business hours. You'll be engaged as a self-employed contractor and work from home, so you'll need to have a reliable computer, internet access, and a quiet workspace.
