Formatt Bespoke Joinery Co. are on the hunt for an experienced Joiner. We are the finest joinery workshop in the area. Our young, inclusive hands-on team have established themselves as regional leaders on and off-site. We work together, play together and get-along.

We pay among the best rates in the industry, with benefits. We work on a variety of projects, all bespoke, so no two are the same; they are all interesting & unique. No more being tired or stuck in a rut.

• We pay top rates, with benefits and extras
• You’ll get $2,000 in tool allowances – build your kit up with quality tools
• If you are relocating, we’ll help with any moving costs up to $1,000
• Uniforms and work gear
• Team social events, you’ll need a sense of humour
• A boss who looks after you, and your family. We are a big team, and everyone counts.
Here’s what we need from you:
• Experience with Joinery manufacturing – know your trade, all of it, and help others around you
• A responsible attitude – lead by example and work with the senior management team
• Have a clean full NZ driver’s license
• Able to work unsupervised, run your own jobs
• A positive attitude with problem solving abilities
• Be honest and trustworthy
• Take pride in your work and go the extra mile to make sure the job is top notch
• Have an exceptional eye for detail and accuracy.
