We are seeking great candidate to join our team as Student Enrolment Advisor, in the Recruitment and Marketing team at UCOL-Te Pukenga's Manawatu Campus.

The successfully appointed person will create a 'student first' experience for all applicants ensuring that UCOL-Te P?kenga maximises the number of enrolments by providing high quality customer service delivery to prospective students and staff of UCOL.

The successful applicant will be required to have the following:

 •  Excellent customer service skills.
 •  Be able to communicate with a diverse range of people
 •  Be able to work in a team environment
 •  A working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
 •  They will maintain attention to detail whilst achieving a high standard of accuracy
 •  Be able to work under pressure and manage his/her time effectively
 •  Ability to be flexible in working arrangements
 •  Previous experience in data management
 •  An understanding of the tertiary sector and/or a large to medium organisations would be an advantage

We are recruiting for one (1) fixed term position to cover parental leave (40 hours per week) position based in Palmerston North.

Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa and may be required to undergo pre-employment checks; which may include completing New Zealand Police Vetting as part of The Vulnerable Children's Act 2014 and may also include pre-employment drug and alcohol testing in safety sensitive roles.

Skills Required
 •  Diploma Level 5 Business-related tertiary qualification, or similar
 •  2 years' experience working in customer service, sales, or marketing role
