Business Development & Marketing Co-ordinator

We're looking for a team member to co-ordinate all the Business Development activities at MBP (from marketing to engagement to events and client feedback) and provide administrative support to our Business Advisors and Accountants.

This is a varied role working with leadership to develop our marking plan and put it into action across different platforms, as well as in-person and virtual events.

This role will involve, and you'll be responsible for:
 •  CRM and database management - ensuring client communications are proactive and our systems are up to date.
 •  Working with our leadership team to develop our marketing plan - ensuring we are positioning ourselves in line with our core values.
 •  Managing and regularly updating our website and social media.
 •  Managing events (virtual and in-person) from planning to marketing and delivery.
 •  Encouraging brand consistency across the team and all interactions.
 •  Developing marketing materials and posts and liaising with external providers as required.
 •  Proactive client engagement, reaching out to our clients to see how we can best support them and exceed their expectations.
