We have an opportunity for someone whose been in the accommodation/hospitality industry to run our three seasonal worker complexes. We have high demand for our onsite accommodation, which is offered to employees. This role involves both the administrative responsibilities including bookings and invoicing as well as the operational side, ensuring maintenance is undertaken and everything’s in running order.
We have 300 beds on site, with both Recognised Seasonal Employee and working holiday visa holders occupying the sites from October to April. During this time, it’s all hands-on deck, so you’ll be prepared to save your holidays for our off-peak time.
You’ll have a small team to assist over this period, as well as be a part of our wider operations team to ensure that things run smoothly.
The successful applicant will be a natural leader with strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work under pressure. Maintaining a positive and professional relationship with the workers is also vital to succeeding in this role.
Experience in a similar role is required, as is a current NZ drivers licence. If you’re interested in this opportunity and believe you’ve got what it takes please submit your application today.
