• Understand and manage local and central government compliance schedules (BWOF)
• Able to manage and implement LTMP and service maintenance plan
• Customer service focus with special respect for aged care
• Able to manage technical systems, and use computer software effectively
• Great natural rapport with a wide range of people
• Excellent communicator with all personality types
• Flexible and reliable approach to work
• Physically fit
• Great at solving problems and getting things done to a high standard
• Ability to function and contribute effectively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail, high-quality work, with speed and accuracy
• Professional presentation and attitude
• Strong time management skills
• Ability to maintain focus while working individually.
• Able to assist with the refurbishment of rooms and apartments.
Experience and Knowledge
• Full NZ Driver’s license
• Experience in the general maintenance of a building, and various types of machinery and equipment.
• BWOF compliance and the ability to apply it.
• Insurance compliance and the ability to apply it.
