Key Responsibilities:

 •  Collaborating closely with key internal stakeholders to conceptualise and execute comprehensive event strategies from start to finish.
 •  Developing detailed run sheets and timelines, leading pre and post-event meetings to strategies key messaging and networking approaches.
 •  Ensuring all events are executed with excellence and adhere to predetermined timelines.
 •  Collaborating with the broader Marketing team to craft event-related content and design, spanning social media posts, banners, collateral, and website copy.
 •  Conducting thorough proofreading and editing of event-related documentation to maintain accuracy and professionalism.
 •  Upholding confidentiality regarding all company activities and documentation.
 •  Analysing and reporting on the return on investment (ROI) of events to assess effectiveness and inform future strategies.
 •  Providing additional support across various Marketing initiatives as needed.
 •  Undertaking miscellaneous tasks as required to support the Marketing team's objectives.

Requirements:

 •  Minimum of 4 years of corporate experience in marketing and event coordination.
 •  Possession of a valid New Zealand driver's license.
 •  Flexibility to adjust working hours as needed to ensure the successful planning and execution of events.
 •  Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
 •  Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
 •  Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
 •  Proactive, positive, and enthusiastic approach to tasks and challenges.
 •  Approachable demeanour with an understanding managerial style.
 •  Capacity for systematic thinking and problem-solving.
