Office / Accounts Payable Administrator

We are looking for a self motivated Office / Accounts Payable Administrator to join our team.

This role will provide support to our busy plumbing team key areas of focus are:

 •  Accounts Payable Administration, Imputing invoices and credits, reconciling accounts.
 •  Provide Customer service to our amazing customers, be able to pitch in and answer phones and emails when needed.
 •  Health and Safety Administration, filing reports, schedule meetings, updating documents and producers
 •  Provide PA services to our Director, Manage their diary, conduct follow up calls and provide organisational assistance.

Been a small company no two days are the same the role will be varied with opportunities in different areas of the business.

The successful candidate will have:

 •  Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task.
 •  Good written and verbal communication.
 •  The ability to work under pressure at times.
 •  Competent in the use of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel.
 •  Construction industry experience a bonus but not essential.
 •  Experience with MYOB and Fergus software or similar.

We are plumbing and draining company with sites located across the Wellington region. We are based in Naenae Lower Hutt and have a fun and supportive office team.
