Electro Plus is a locally owned and operated team of electricians specialising in high quality end-to-end electrical solutions. Specialising in residential, commercial, air-conditioning, solar installations and ventilation, we work with homeowners, builders, landlords, and construction companies across Taranaki, Whanganui, and the Manawatu regions.
We have got so many projects on the go in Taranaki that we need another pair of hands in New Plymouth.
We look after our team like family and encourage everyone to keep their skills up to date and progress their careers. Just some of the training we have provided is: air-conditioning, solar design and installation, advanced working at heights, electrical inspector and first aid.

Here’s what we need from you:
• Relevant experience in high-end residential and commercial electrical
• Air-conditioning and solar experience desirable but not essential
• You take pride in your work and you go the extra mile to make sure the job is top notch
• Someone excited by new technology, and keen to be on the cutting edge
• Be a New Zealand Qualified and Registered Electrician.
• Hold a current Practicing License.
• Have a clean full NZ Driver’s License
• Be able to work un-supervised, run your own jobs and organise resources
• Training and supervising of apprentices
• Ability to think on your feet and fault find
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Great people skills, both with fellow workmates, clients and supporting trades
• Good sense of humour
