Objective
To assist in the processing of chickens, and any other duties instructed by the Site Manager
Key Attributes & Responsibilities
The above position shall:
• Assist with the evisceration of chickens
• Assist with the deboning of the chickens
• Assist with the packaging of chickens
• Physically fit to be able to work up to 12 hours a day
• Reliable
• Effective communicator
• Team Player – be able to work with others to increase speed and efficiency of the chicken processing.

Key Performance Indicators
• Internal & external communication skills.
• Following Food & Health & Safety protocol
• Ensuring company equipment/machinery is in good working order and maintained.
• Advising management when jobs are completed in a timely manner.
• Ensure quality of slaughtering, deboning and packaging of the chickens is of company standard required
