This role focuses on delivering operational tasks, troubleshooting issues, and supporting the implementation of secure and reliable solutions. Working closely with senior engineers, technical teams, project stakeholders, and vendors, the Network Engineer contributes to effective service delivery, timely issue resolution, and the continuous improvement of network performance.What You'll Be Doing No two days will be the same as a Network Engineer responsible for the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of our network services.
Working closely with senior engineers, technical teams, project stakeholders, and vendors, you will be : Supporting and maintaining network infrastructure across multiple sites Assisting in the design and deployment of network solutionsTroubleshooting connectivity issues and ensuring optimal performance Collaborating with senior engineers and clients to deliver high-quality service Travelling to various locations to support on-site installations and upgrades About the Team/Service/ LocationThe Network Engineer (Central) sits within the Network and Communications team, part of the Digital Operations function under the wider Digital Services group.

What we are looking for An enthusiastic professional with a strong hands-on experience in networking (min 3 years) Positive attitude, excellent communication skills and an Eagerness to learnWillingness to travel regularly Strong understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, routing, switching, wireless) Familiarity with Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet and similar network technologies CCNA certification or equivalent 3 years' experience delivering day-to-day technical support for end-users and IT systems.
1 - 3 years of experience in deploying and configuring complex network solutions, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues and managing incidents.
