Qualified Grader Operator – Civil Construction**
Our client, a respected leader in the civil construction industry, is seeking a **Licensed and Qualified Grader Operator** to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced operator who takes pride in their work and is looking for stability with a well-established company.
**Key Responsibilities:**- Operate graders safely and efficiently across civil construction sites- Perform final trim and bulk earthworks to required specifications
- Assist with site preparation, road construction, and other civil projects
- Carry out daily pre-start checks and ensure machinery is well-maintained
- Work collaboratively with site supervisors, engineers, and ground staff
- Maintain strict adherence to **health, safety, and environmental standards**
- Proven experience operating graders within the civil construction industry
- Strong ability in final trim work (GPS experience an advantage)
- Good communication skills and ability to follow site instructions
- A reliable, safety-focused attitude and strong work ethic
- **Must have a clear criminal record**
- **Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test**
