Due to sustained growth and increasing demand, we're looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager with strong 360 capabilities to lead, grow, and shape our construction recruitment offering across both temp and perm divisions.
This is a rare opportunity to step into a leadership role where your recruitment expertise, client relationships, and commercial acumen directly influence business growth and team performance.
Reporting directly to the Director, you'll play a key role in leading the Auckland function, driving revenue, and building strong client partnerships across the construction and civil sectors.
What You'll Be Doing - 360 Recruitment & Client Delivery- Manage end-to-end recruitment for temp and perm roles across construction, civil, and related sectors.
- Build and maintain strong client partnerships, ensuring repeat business and high-quality service delivery.
- Drive new business activity, tendering, and growth opportunities across Auckland.
- Oversee candidate sourcing, screening, placement, and onboarding processes.
- Manage and develop the day-to-day operations of the Auckland recruitment function.
- Ensure commercial performance, including GP growth, temp hours, client retention, and pipeline development.
- Lead reporting, forecasting, and planning alongside the Director.
- Support the strategic expansion of new service lines and client offerings.
- Mentor and develop a small team of recruiters and coordinators (with opportunities to grow the team as the division scales).
- Support training, performance management, coaching, and capability development.
- Promote a high-performance, positive, and collaborative culture.
- Actively support the company's growth through strong relationship management and business development.
- Represent the brand in industry networks, events, and client meetings.
- Ensure service excellence and best-practice recruitment across all touch points.

- Proven experience in 360 recruitment, ideally within construction, civil, or trades.
- Strong temp recruitment capability and experience managing temp desks or teams.
- Experience managing or mentoring recruiters (or ready to step into leadership).
- A commercial mindset — comfortable with business development, client strategy, and meeting financial targets.
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills and relationship-building strengths.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to thrive in a growing, fast-paced agency environment.
