About the Role
Ready to step into a role where you can influence workforce planning and support safe, effective care delivery?
We are looking for an enthusiastic and relationship-focused Safe Staffing Coordinator to join our team on a 6-month secondment.
In this dynamic role, youll partner with clinical leaders to support safe staffing initiatives, optimise workforce systems, analyse staffing data, and deliver training across services.
Youll play a key part in driving the success of our Care Capacity Demand Management programme, utilising Trendcare as our acuity tool, while supporting teams to make informed staffing decisions.
To be successful in this position
You will bring a background as a Registered Nurse with maternity experience or Midwife (preferred), confidence working with digital systems, and a natural ability to build relationships across our Womens Health Directorate.
