Regatta is looking for our next superstar in the shape of a Restaurant Manager; a natural born leader who has a knack for mentorship and driving the people around you. You will ideally have a current Manager’s License and 3+ years’ experience in a management position within the hospitality industry, in particular in this role or senior Front of House.You can look after a range of key business functions such as customer relationship management, booking system management, training of other team members and the knowledge of key customer experience (among other tasks). You fit into the team like a glove and are a key leader of the team, knowing how to go above and beyond for our customers as well as our people.
