Warehouse Bulk Freight Picker & Packer - $25.00/hr
Hobbs Global Logistics Solutions Ltd have been in the industry for over 45 years, operating from Albany on Auckland's North Shore and Auckland Airport. We cover a range of expertise from Freight Forwarding, Customs Brokerage and 3PL Warehousing.
We are looking for a reliable and motivated team member to join our experienced 3PL warehouse team.
About the Role
Reporting to our 3PL Operations Manager, as our Warehouse Bulk Picker, you will play a key role in ensuring customer orders are picked accurately and prepared for dispatch efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Bulk order picking (palletised and large-volume orders)
- Pallet wrapping and strapping to ensure freight is secure for transport
- Putaways and replenishment in racking
- Operating Bendi forklifts
- Maintaining accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment
- Assisting with general warehouse duties as required
- Following all Health & Safety procedures
About You
This role would suit someone with previous warehouse experience who is confident working in a busy environment and takes pride in accuracy and productivity.You’re someone who can stay focused under pressure, manage your time well, and consistently meet picking targets without compromising quality.
You take ownership of your work, show initiative, and are comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
You understand the importance of getting orders right the first time and keeping freight moving efficiently.
To be successful, you will have:- A valid forklift licence
- Experience operating Bendi/Aisle Master forklifts
- Previous warehouse or bulk picking experience
- Good physical fitness (Lifting is a requirement of the job)
- Strong attention to detail
- Be reliable, punctual, and ready to get stuck in
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- You will learn how to use Cargowise,

- This role is located at our 3PL Warehouses on Verissimo Drive, Auckland Airport,
- Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm,
- Wage: $25.00/hr paid weekly,
