This casual role requires flexibility, as the service operates 24/7, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.Your responsibilities will include ensuring the smooth operation of front-line administration processes, maintaining attention to detail under pressure, and contributing to the department's goal of delivering excellent acute care services.About the Team/Service/ LocationThe Emergency Department Administration team is an integral part of Whakatāne Hospital's fast-paced ED environment.

Working alongside clinical staff, the team helps the service achieve best practice acute care standards, quality care, and strong performance outcomes.
