This is a fixed term opportunity through to the end of June 2026, based in either our Te Whanganui-a-Tara (Wellington), or our Tāmaki Makaurau (Auckland) office.The indicative salary range for this role is $114,327 to $134,502 plus 3% KiwiSaver employer contribution.
The successful candidate will be appointed at a salary which reflects their individual skills, experience, and internal relativities across the organisation. Mō te tūranga | About the roleThe Telecommunications team is responsible for the implementation, monitoring and enforcement of the Telecommunications Act 2001, which regulates the supply of certain telecommunications services.
The purpose of this regulation is to promote competition in telecommunications markets for the long-term benefit of end-users in New Zealand.As a Senior Analyst you will:gather and critically analyse information, identify key issues, draw logical conclusions and communicate these to our decision makers and stakeholdersdevelop a strong understanding of industry trends and factors impacting the market.create clear and concise written reportsThe added benefit of the role is that you'll work alongside technical experts who will mentor and guide you through your career and in return you will provide coaching and mentoring to developing team members.
