Plumbing Trade Manager

O'Brien's Waikato is a fast-paced, customer-focused team specialising in all things plumbing. We’re looking for someone reliable, knowledgeable, and ready to make an impact from day one to join us in our new Trade and Retail store in the heart of Frankton, 3 Kent Street
Key Responsibilities:- Assisting customers with expert advice and product knowledge at the trade counter
- Managing plumbing stock efficiently, including ordering and inventory control
- Providing accurate and timely reports to the Store Manager
- Coaching and encouraging trade staff
- Liasing and working closely with the other Trade Managers in our group
-Supporting daily operations with a proactive, team-oriented attitude
Requirements:- Proven experience in a plumbing trade counter or similar role
- Clean driver’s license – essential
- Strong stock control skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Management experience or leadership skills – preferred but not essential
- Customer focussed, always going the extra mile for our clients, new and existing
