We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Parts Technician to join our team.In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring that all parts are correctly identified and sourced for our farming machinery and equipment.
The ideal candidate will possess an understanding of agricultural equipment and the parts that drive their operation. You will collaborate closely with farmers and our service technicians to ensure timely availability of parts, contributing to the overall efficiency and productivity of farming operations.
This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities- Assist customers in locating and selecting the correct parts for their machinery needs.
- Process incoming parts orders and prepare them for shipment or pickup.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to verify quantities and ensure optimal stock levels.
- Collaborate with service technicians to identify parts needed for repairs and maintenance jobs.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering queries and offering technical advice on available parts.
- Stay current on parts catalogues, pricing, and availability to provide accurate information to customers.
- Parts experienced essential, preferably in the agricultural industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with customers and team
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing product lines and technology.
- Proficient in using inventory management software and basic computer applications.
- Full Driver’s License
- Be able to work in New Zealand.
