Qualified Painter Decorator – Full Time
Mulford Holdings Ltd is a well-established, locally owned company based in Dunedin. We specialise in painting, waterproofing, and flooring services across residential and commercial sectors.
We’re currently seeking a qualified and experienced Qualified Painter Decorator to join our growing team. This is a permanent, full-time position (40 hours per week, Monday to Friday), with occasional Saturday mornings by agreement.
What We Offer:- Hourly rate: $28 –$35, based on experience

- Manage and carry out painting and decorating projects to a high standard
- Work across a range of sites, including residential and commercial properties
- Travel as needed to job sites across Dunedin, Southland, Central Otago, and the Mackenzie Country
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in painting and decorating
- Strong knowledge of materials, techniques, and industry best practices
- A keen eye for detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to lead by example, work independently, and follow instructions
- Good time management and communication skills
- Full driver’s license
