- Monday to Friday About the RoleAn opportunity has arisen for a Booking Clerk/Administrator to join the Oncology Service (80 hours per fortnight).
- 4.30pm Monday to Friday.
This role is essential in assisting with the smooth running of the cancer outpatient services.

About the ServiceThe Waikato Regional Cancer Centre is located in the metropolis of Hamilton, New Zealand.This unit serves a population of 550,000, has a staff of approximately 120 and comprises of an Oncology Department which includes Radiation Therapy and Chemotherapy outpatient treatment areas, an Inpatient Ward, Palliative Care Service and a Haematology Outpatient Department.
About youRequired skills & experience you will need to be considered for this role:Knowledge and understanding of Te Tiriti o WaitangiOrganised, efficient and able to prioritise their workload effectivelyExceptional at customer service via the telephone with excellent interpersonal skillsDetail orientedComputer literateFamiliar with medical terminologyA positive team memberIdeally you will have some general reception and customer service experience, have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the health sector, and have excellent computer and typing skills.
